All custom watches are built in California and then shipped to France. Watches are shipped to their final destination from France. As soon as your custom piece is built, packaged, and ready to go, we'll send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to your door. Keep in mind that during promotional periods or the holiday season, order volume can push processing times slightly beyond the usual window.
